A: For now, we are scheduling services by phone only. Please call Maddie at: (845) 707-9647 and let her know what you need. We may be adding online booking for repeat customers in the future. Stay tuned!

A: Please check out our Pricing Page for a general idea. If you would like an exact quote, please contact us and we will be happy to give you a free quote.

A: Please complete our Intake Form. We will then call you to schedule a casual meet and greet to go over all the information you provided, collect a house key, any garage/home security codes, and sensitive information. We will allow you to show us where your pet’s dishes, food, medications, toys, and other items are kept, as well as where we should discard poop bags/cat litter, go over your pet’s routine and any additional instructions in detail. We will also have you sign any relevant agreements that remain unsigned.

A: Of course! All our services are fully customizable to meet your needs. We are happy to help!

A: Warwick Wags specializes in providing care for companion dogs. We also care for domestic cats, rabbits, birds, and more.

A: No. We provide dog walking and in-home pet care services.

A: We ask that you please provide at least 24-hours’ notice in advance of all service cancellations. We do understand that things come up and are very flexible. If you must cancel after the 24-hour period, there is a 50% cancellation fee.

A: We walk dogs in all weather conditions. If we start a walk and a problem arises, we will cut the walk short and finish with indoor playtime. If an extreme weather event is anticipated and it is safe to travel, we can substitute indoor play time. If travel is unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule without a cancellation fee.

A: Although no one can replace the bond you have with your dog, we are dedicated to providing the same level of care your dog expects – whatever that may be. Our care is customizable to meet your pet’s lifestyle requirements to help them be as happy and content as possible while you’re away.

A: The dog walk service is all about your pup. Depending on your walking desires, they can be free to sniff around, check out whatever they find interesting (as long as it’s safe), walk, run, stop and sit, and enjoy their time the way they prefer. We do prefer to work on proper walking techniques (no pulling & stay to the side) and address any unwanted behaviors that may pop up.

A: Off-leash walks are prohibited, but we can work with you and your dog to find a great solution that you both find acceptable.

A: Do not feed your dog at least 2 hours prior to their session, and make sure to provide your dog with a potty break prior to our arrival. Have your dog ready to go with their properly fitted harness on. Your own harness is preferred, but if not, we will provide one for safety and comfort.

A: Personalized attention for your dog to provide safety and encouragement. Our goal is to provide your dog with the best workout possible. We are there to monitor your dog’s safety and to customize each run for their needs. Your dog controls the speed of our self-propelled treadmills, and while we encourage your dogs to move, they do the work. We will stop your dog for water as they may need. If your dog just wants to run, we will stop them at regular breaks to monitor their health and safety.

A: You can expect your dog to be tired. They may be stretched out on the floor and pant for some time after their session. You should wait until they are relaxed and calmed down before feeding. Your dog may also have extra energy after their session, that’s normal, too.  They just had a good workout, and their endorphins and adrenaline are pumping. Once their heart rate slows down and they relax, the energy will burn off. If your dog is a little older or not in great condition, a massage of their hind legs will help release lactic acid and prevent soreness. If you don’t have your next session scheduled, you can contact us to schedule your next appointment.

A: Yes! We go at your dog’s pace and watch each of our pups for any signs that indicate they may be having an issue. If we notice anything of concern, we will let you know right away.

A: Yes. We know how to handle all types of dogs. If you are working on a specific behavioral modification, we can even continue working on the program with them. If your dog has a severe fear or aggression issue, we ask that you please let us know before we arrive.

A: Yes. You MUST let us know in advance. We maintain a strict policy of not allowing anyone into your home while you are away. If you anticipate that someone will need access to your house, you must provide all relevant details with advance written notice – and be sure to let us know if someone will be in your house before we arrive. Bumping into an unexpected stranger is not fun!

A: Yes. You may either install a lockbox at your home and provide the code or provide a copy of an access key. We store all customer keys in a secure, monitored location, labeled by code only (without a readily identifiable address).

A: Yes. We can administer all prescribed and over-the-counter medications with your written consent indicating the name of the medication, dosage, and schedule of administration.
